Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to:

1. Investigate ways to build a growth mindset, build resiliency, and overcome challenges.
2. Discover your learner profile by assessing your own strengths and practices that will lead to academic success.
3. Apply strategies for a work, school, life balance and navigating life transitions.
4. Implement effective time management strategies, study habits, and methods to achieve goals.
5. Identify techniques for managing stress and establishing boundaries.
6. Locate Regis University resources for academic and personal success.
7. Reflect on your personal values and how they are interwoven with the key Jesuit values.
8. Identify ways to stay motivated and on-track to reach your goals.
